Lao Gan Ma Chili Crisp Oil
(adjust to taste)

All-purpose soy sauce
(adjust to taste)

Chinese black vinegar
(adjust to taste)

Chili oil egg
(optional)
Cucumber
(julienned) (optional)
Instructions
Prepare Chili Oil Fried Egg and julienned cucumber (if available).
In a bowl, mix Lao Gan Ma Chili Oil, soy sauce, and Chinese black vinegar in a
2:1:1 ratio
(adjust to taste).
Cook the noodles as per the package instructions. Drain and immediately toss them in the sauce for even coating; hot noodles absorb the sauce better.
Place the saucy noodles on a plate and top them off with a chili oil fried egg and julienned cucumber on top. Enjoy!
