Chili Oil (Lao Gan Ma chili crisp)
Instructions
Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat. When the pan is hot, drizzle some Lao Gan Ma chili crisp (or homemade chili oil)
Crack eggs into the pan. Fiy them with chili oil for about 1 minute, continuously spooning the hot chili oil over them.
Reduce the heat to low and continue cooking until the egg whites are fully cooked.
Serve chili oil fried eggs on toast, fried rice, or noodles.
