This recipe for Chili Oil Eggs (Lao Gan Ma Eggs) is incredibly easy. Instead of using regular cooking oil, all you need to do is fry your eggs in chili oil (I used Lao Gan Ma chili crisp).

Whether you prefer them on toast, alongside fried rice, or with noodles, these eggs will elevate your meals. Trust me, they’re absolutely fantastic!
