Instructions
Combine Earl Grey tea and black sugar in a saucepan, stirring on low heat until the sugar completely dissolves.
Pour boiled water into the pot and allow the tea to steep for 3-5 minutes, or until it becomes fragrant.
Gently incorporate your preferred full-cream milk into the tea, stirring gently to blend the flavors.
Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the tea, ensuring any tea pulp or leaves are removed.
Serve your delightful caramel milk tea with boba pearls, either hot or over ice according to your preference.
